In Countryman's and Jang's "The Effects of Atmospheric Elements on Customer Impression: The Case of Hotel Lobbies" they state that there are many servicescapes that exist within a hotel. One, a hotel lobby - which could be considered as one of the most important because of its impact in forming many of the first impressions by guests.

Therefore, the design of Mavo's hotel lobby will be clean, minimalistic and chic which will give the perception that Mavo hotels are all like this. 

With regards to the inspiration above, my hotel lobby will be inspired by Hotel Sezz, St Tropez and the image above it.
